Data

This dashboard gives you a clear picture of sensitive data movement related to GenAI apps. It tracks unprotected sensitive data sent to GenAI, monitors sensitive data generated by AI apps, and identifies the most-used datasets interacting with AI. This helps you spot policy gaps and potential exfiltration risks.

Unprotected Sensitive Data Sent to GenAI

This panel shows the volume of sensitive data sent to GenAI apps that is not currently protected by any active policy. It helps identify blind spots where sensitive information might be exposed.

A line graph displays the trend of unprotected sensitive data volume in GB sent to GenAI apps over time.

The y-axis shows the data volume and the x-axis shows date ranges.

Mouse over any point to see a list of AI apps with their risk level and the volume of data sent to each app. Click on any of the apps to see the events related to that app.

Sensitive Data Generated by GenAI Apps

This panel tracks the volume of sensitive data that GenAI applications create. It helps monitor potential risks from AI-generated content that might contain sensitive information.

A line graph displays the trend of sensitive data volume in MB generated by GenAI apps over time.

The y-axis shows the data volume and the x-axis shows date ranges.

Mouse over any point to see a list of endpoints where GenAI data was created. Click on the endpoint to see events related to that endpoint.

Sensitive Data From GenAI Apps

This panel provides a detailed view of the sensitivity of data generated by top GenAI apps and where that data goes. It helps understand policy responses to these data flows.

A line graph displays the number of events or incidents over time, categorized by policy response, Block, Warn, or Monitor.

The y-axis shows the number of events or incidents and the x-axis shows date ranges.

Mouse over the lines to see event counts for specific policy response and the total number of incidents. The “View Incidents” button redirects you to the incidents page.

Most-used Datasets For AI Apps

This panel identifies the datasets most frequently involved in data transfers to or from AI applications. This helps you prioritize which datasets to review for policy coverage.

A tabular format lists datasets. The table includes the following columns.

  • Dataset: The name of the dataset, for example, "PII/PCI/PHI", "Financial", "Marketing", "Engineering", "Source Code".
  • Sensitivity: The sensitivity level of the dataset, for example, Critical, High, Moderate, Low.
  • AI Apps Used: The number of AI apps associated with this dataset's activity.
  • Users: The number of unique users who have accessed the app.
  • Usage Over Time: A small line graph showing the trend of the dataset's usage over time.

You can sort and filter columns.
